Lagos to Dakar on the express line
Every station every stop every sign
The people are moving the rhythm is fine
Afrobeat pumping down the railroad line
Lagos express keep on moving
Lagos express we are grooving
The train don't stop for nobody oh
The beat goes on and on and on
Government man he sit in first class
Working people riding standing fast
But the music it don't know no class
Everybody dance when the horns they blast
Lagos express keep on moving
Lagos express we are grooving
The train don't stop for nobody oh
The beat goes on and on and on
On and on and on...
